Finally! A fucking good binder that doesn't break my back. I have tried all the binders out there. I'm 5'5 150 , I ordered the M and L the Medium for days when I want to be really flat and the L for relax days. The M makes me so flat it looks like I've had surgery it is amazing. The L. makes me look flat too but someone who knows might know. I love them both.
